Our Winning Lineup
My name is Matt Smith and I’m a real estate broker for CO Home Base Llc. I have been working as a broker since 2014. My first four years were with Modern Real Estate, and my most recent years have been with CO Home Base Llc. My other career is with UPS. I have been with UPS since 2001. I have a unique shift at UPS, being part time in the building sorting packages, and part time delivering packages. This schedule allows me flexibility in the real estate world, and also allows me to see many of the neighborhoods in the Denver area. I find this to be beneficial when doing home searches for clients.
I attended Metropolitan State University of Denver and graduated with a degree in Behavioral Sciences. While earning my degree, I also completed my real estate course work with Armbrust Real Estate Institute.
Outside of work, I have a beautiful wife, Ashley, to whom I’ve been happily married to for 21 years. Together we have three children, Coulter 20, Mackenzie 17, and Reagan 14. It’s so rewarding to watch them grow as they inch toward adulthood. We have lived in Parker for nearly two decades. In 2014 we moved into an area of Parker with some acreage. We love Parker, and the area that we live in.
I have also enjoyed coaching baseball with Seth at Lutheran High School in Parker for the past three seasons.
